GOLF CLUB VILLA

It doesn’t happen very often: a client with money and taste perfectly balanced, and with a huge house on a golf course to test both.

The house had a facade with classical tones and the interior just would not lend itself to a modern design. As we were working already with architect Julian Bicknell on a large classical development, decided to go for an elegant and minimalistic classic also on this interior project. The planning was straightforward: a double-height entry hall  is aligned with a sequence of formal areas, while behind it a corridor connects the family living areas overlooking the garden and the golf course. The main staircase leads to the bedrooms area on the second floor, while another staircase in the family area provides a private access to the bedrooms, to the cinema and entertainment area on the third floor, and to the cigar room and pool/spa in the basement. 

Everything was designed to the smallest detail with materials of the highest quality, Italian suppliers of the highest level, and great workers on site. The result is a stunning timeless interior that the client can never get tired of.
